كاتيا شغوفة جدًا بمهارات المستقبل، تدفعها رسالتها الواضحة التي تسعى لترك أثر دائم في الشرق الأوسط من خلال تمكين الأجيال القادمة بالمهارات والأدوات اللازمة للنجاح في عالم سريع التغير. تؤمن بأن التعليم التقليدي وحده لا يكفي، وأن تنمية “مهارات الحياة” والقيم الإنسانية هي أمر بالغ الأهمية.
ولدت كاتيا لأبوين فنلنديين–عراقيين، وهي ثنائية اللغة والثقافة، مما يمنحها منظورًا فريدًا وفهمًا عميقًا لكل من أسواق الشرق الأوسط وفنلندا. تمتد مسيرتها المهنية المتنوعة عبر قطاعات التعليم والتكنولوجيا والأنظمة المعقدة، حيث تمتلك خبرة تزيد عن 20 عامًا في مجالات الريادة، والاستراتيجية، وتطوير الأعمال. وقد شغلت مناصب مرموقة في شركات متعددة الجنسيات، وأسست شركتين، وتُعد مستشارة بثقة عالية للعديد من المؤسسات الحكومية والخاصة في فنلندا والشرق الأوسط.
في وقت فراغها، تستمتع كاتيا بممارسة الرياضة، وتحب استكشاف المأكولات العالمية، وتأمل في تعلم اللغة الفرنسية لتعميق معرفتها بثقافتها في الطهي.

ماركو شغوف بمهارات الحياة، ثقافة التعلم، وتطوير القيادة. في جلسات التدريب التي يقدمها، يشجع القادة ويسهل لهم بناء ثقافة نمو مستمرة لكل من البالغين والمتعلمين على حد سواء.
يقول ماركو:
“نحتاج إلى بناء ثقافة تعلم تمكّننا جميعًا من النمو والتعلم بشكل مستمر. التحديات التي نواجهها على المستوى العالمي تتطلب من الجميع تبني العقلية والعادات الصحيحة. الثقافة تُكتسب ولا تُعلّم. وسلوكيات القيادة تعتبر عاملاً حاسمًا عندما نهدف لتحقيق أحلامنا المشتركة.”
هدفه في الحياة هو تمكين التعلم المستمر وأن يكون شجاعًا وجريئًا في كل يوم.
